• No Endorsement: We do not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any products, services, or advice provided by the businesses listed on our platform.
• No Professional Advice: Listings for regulated professions (e.g., law firms, dental clinics, medical providers) are for informational purposes only. Using our directory does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional-client relationship.

If you are a business owner or an authorized representative claiming a profile on our platform, you agree to the following:

• Authorization: You warrant that you are legally authorized to act on behalf of the business (e.g., the mobile phone store, law firm, or fashion brand) you are claiming.
• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your business hours, contact information, service descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
• License to Use Content: By uploading logos, photos, or descriptions to your listing, you grant MiniPC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content across our platform and marketing channels.

We encourage users to share their experiences, but we require all interactions to remain lawful and respectful.

• Authentic Feedback: Any reviews or ratings you post must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience with the business.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, harassing, or entirely unrelated to the business’s services.
• Moderation Rights: We reserve the right—but are not obligated—to monitor, edit, or remove user-generated content or reviews that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

• Our Property: The architecture, code, design, and aggregated database of MiniPC are our exclusive property, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, crawl, or mass-download our directory data without explicit written permission.
• Third-Party Property: The trademarks, service marks, and logos of the businesses listed in our directory are the property of their respective owners.

Listings often contain links to external business websites. We do not control these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any transactions, communications, or disputes you have with a listed business (e.g., purchasing a PC, hiring legal representation, or booking a dental appointment) are strictly between you and that business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniPC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the directory. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, physical injury, or legal damages resulting from the services of any business you discovered through our platform.

The curated database of business listings, contact details, and user reviews on MiniPC represents a substantial investment of time and resources and is our proprietary asset. To protect our platform and our users, you strictly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Automated Data Extraction: You may not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, browser extension, or other automated means or interfaces not explicitly provided by us to access the platform, navigate the directory, or extract data.
• Data Mining and Harvesting: You may not mass-download, harvest, or compile business profiles, professional contact information, images, or user reviews to populate a third-party database, build a competing product, train machine learning models, or generate unsolicited marketing lists.
• Bypassing Technical Controls: You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or bypass any rate limits, CAPTCHAs, IP blocking mechanisms, or other security measures we implement to prevent unauthorized access or scraping.
• Manual Copying: You may not engage in systematic, manual copying or reproduction of our directory data that mimics the volume or intent of automated scraping.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user or business owner who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or posts misleading information, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
